The apartment features a spacious, light-filled layout, stylish finishes, and thoughtful details designed for comfort and ease. This historical building was recently completely rebuilt and features brand new heating, plumbing, and appliances. We preserved all of the charm and comfort, but added an aspect of modern luxury!
The Space

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, each room with a mounted TV. Just off the chef's kitchen is an open concept living room with an electric fireplace and a pullout queen bed, perfect for families or groups.

Outdoor adventure is always close by, with skiing, hiking, beaches, and snowmobile trails nearby, as well as easy drives to surrounding towns like Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Mackinaw City. Centrally located, you’re just minutes away from the best restaurants and shopping Northern Michigan has to offer, with fresh coffee and breakfast just downstairs!
